OPG wanted to turn “belonging” into something employees could actually feel, so we created a raw, emotionally grounded short film featuring real stories from across the organization. Big Red Oak handled the full concept, strategy and production, working around plant access and shift schedules to capture unscripted moments of connection, support, and inclusion. With a diverse cast from multiple roles and ERGs, the final doc-style video hit the mark for both internal morale and external brand lift, proving that belonging at OPG isn’t a buzzword, it’s lived experience.
